1. Used for PE separator group casting
2. Machine with 4 station,one cycle finished 6 groups casting

1. 1st station, automatically loading groups by robot ，lug alignment
2. 2nd station,lug cleaning,fluxing and lug preheating
3. 3rd station,core part of COS machine,consists of Lead pot,lead pump,mold and specialized section demould device;with water cooling system to control mold temperature,air cooling system for separator temp,which is for lead melting,lead liquid conveying,casting,lug inserting depth can be adjusted,cooling molding and section demould,etc
4. 4th station, The unloading mechanical mechanism takes out the cast welded pole group and automatically enters the box
